    Hi
Ive recently moved into a new apartment in milltown and i noticed the simply fitness gym is just down the road.
Ive been on the website so i know the opening hours and price plans what im want to know is if anybody here has used the gym and what the facilities and trainers are like.
A bit about myself, im 5 11 and 12 stone so im happy enough with my general weight, maybe could do with losing about another half stone or so. What im looking for in a gym is more cardio and non major weights to tone rather than bulk.
    Thanks for any help forthcoming.:D

You dont need a gym really then. Running and bodyweight exercises at home or in a public park would get you where you wanna be and of course diet is extremely important too.

Hey i used the gym for a couple of weeks in the summer. It's a small facility but it has everything you could ask for. The trainers are great and are quick to help you. There's a lot of cardio equipment but also a good range of free weights

You are probably right Ron but i tend to find a problem with motivation when not working out in a gym, its kind of the same with studying in college, i need an atmosphere conducive to success.
