COlolmbia. Everybody gets my home country wrong.

Regular boats leave from Cartagena to Panamá. In the summer season you can get on many of these although you may have to wait around for a sailing. They are more expensive than a flight and go to Panamá via Las islas de San Blas taking around 5 days. The islands are amazing.

As for the other countries you mentioned i do not know of regular passenger services. I'm sure there sailings from Colombia to Panama and Jamaica but i have never heard of that specific route. Boats definitely do not sail to Cuba from anywhere. You need to fly to Cuba. Unless you managed to find a private yatch and they agreed to host you.
