i buy a nokia n97 on the internet was working grand for a month but now it keeps coming up sim registration failed is there anything i can do to sort that out?

Buy the phone on a site like ebay, and not an actual shop from brand new?

Sounds like its blacklisted, which means the handest was reported stolen and the imei number which is unique to the phone is put on a list and should* not work on any network.

*not always the case in reality. Putting another network sim in the phone will soon tell you.

My n95 keeps doing it. It was a replacement phone from cpw. It done it nine times yesterday and i was going to hop it off the wall i can tell ya
