Im trying to lose weight at the moment as well as train for a 10km race in feb (its in my fitness log). My question is - is there much of a difference in potential weight loss if I run before breakfast when compared to eating porridge or eggs for breakfast then going for a run??

    Thanks in advance

If your total calorie intake / distance run is gonna be the same then you wont see any noticeable difference in weight loss v's running after breakfast. I find it hard to run first thing in the morning. Just find I get tired faster. I wouldn't want to run with a bowl of porridge and some eggs in either. Heavy heavy.
