new wii game wont play ? weird error

27-12-2009 8:23pm#1hi all , kids got mario bros game for the wii for xmas and it just wont play , error keeps coming on for me to refer to troubleshooting in wii manual ? no scratches on game bought brand new in gamestop , ive heard this is quite common >?? any advice appreciated as ive lost the receipt and cant bring it back , cheers in advance
