How to remove SKY Pin number

    I've just had a few recordings to my HDD ruined because my SKY Box required a pin number before the programmes could be viewed.

    I've had a look through the SKY Box menus but I can't find an option to remove the PIN request.

    Anyone know how to do this???

    To avoid any misunderstanding, I know my PIN no.

    Problem is that when I set programmes to play automatically so that they can be recorded my SKY Box requests a PIN number but I'm not there to enter it.

    So I want to remove all requests for a PIN code.

    How???

    you will have to remove any parental settings i think.

    I imagine these are what Sky actually consider post-watershed movies/tv-shows/docs etc.
    Sky kindly allow them to be viewed pre-watershed though, by sticking on the pin requirement.

    AFAIK, there is no way to disable it.
    So you'll just have to do a manual recording I'm afraid. :cool:
