I had same problem. They didn't respond to email. Used Lyngsat for Freq etc, BUT IMPORTANT had to scan "ALL" & not "FREE TO AIR", even though it is fta

Thanks guys.. was searching using "Radio FTA settings" ONLY and you need to use "ALL Radio" settings as advised....bit odd but there you go...:)
