Small intimate venues for around 30 people?

Hi, I'm getting married next December and we've decided to do a sit down dinner for around 30 of our closest on the day of the wedding and have a party for everyone else a few days later.

I'm looking for a nice small venue in Dublin City or South Side - maybe a restaurant or hotel with small rooms - enough for a nice non-set sit down dinner and some drinkies!

    Any ideas?

I've been looking through websites but they are all really aimed at 'weddings' and not a nice meal with our families as we are looking for!

Tinakilly House in Wicklow cater for small weddings - from 2 to 90. With the M50 linking to N11 its not far (30 mins) from South County Dublin. Try some of the golf clubs -they often have seperate rooms to cater for smaller functions.

I did a wedding in the Unitarian in Stephens green and the couple walked across the green to one of the restaurants and they had a great time

Did they take photos in the green? Sounds like something that could work out well

They hired me for two hours, one hour for the church and one for the walk across and some formals. Worked out really well and kept it really low key
