Ebay, listing no longer there, seller no longer registered, no history in my ebay

    I got 2 memory cards as buyitnows on ebay on dec 01, got other ones the same day from another seller. Now there is no history of it in my ebay account, when I check my paypal account it has it listed as being paid for and has the item name and link to the auction which then says.
    This listing (280427144638) has been removed, or this item is not available.

    I don't understand how there is no history in my ebay account though, so I think I cannot even dispute it in ebay and will go via paypal. Or else I might save myself all the hassle and go direct to my bank and get it cancelled as dealing with those utter pricks is a nightmare.

    goto Paypal.... go directly to paypal (do not pass go ...do not collect €200)

    ebay probably found them as a fraudulant seller.

    You would think they would let me know, obviously they can tell who bought from them recently, do they just delete the whole thing from my account and hope I forget about it or something? f**king bastards, I was stung in the past with them and had to go to the bank, that time they also got rid of stuff which happened in my account, i.e. the fact that I had opened a dispute, then they said I was too late to complain- when their own advise is not to open disputes within a certain time.

    I purchased a rare-enough Dvd (Documentary was on Norwegian Telly back in 1998 & not even sure if it was ever released on VHS; bit like Snapper & The Family & I Went Down) on 23d of November.
    Still hasn't arrived. The Seller is in Greece from what I could gather in listings of Item.
    After guts of 2-3 Weeks, I enquired of the Seller as to Status.
    He said "Soon it will be there". So I gave it a Week.
    Enquired again & this time I stated I required a refund as the money went out of my account pretty-much straight-away so I couldn't cancel on the credit card (afaik) & I'd paid through PayPal.
    This time Seller said it might've been lost as it wasn't Registered Post & therefore there was no Tracking Order No.
    At same time (& before I received a reply from Seller), I went to the E-Bay.ie DRC & they said they'd be in touch by End of Today 26th of December.
    Within minutes of both E-mails, because they were onto Seller, he sent me another reply through them saying it'd be posted last Tuesday.
    Not sure what to do now or how long to give it.
