garmin 310xt

    my wonderful wife got me the 310xt for crimbo. its a great bit of kit but my god there is a lot going on with it. has anyone got any advice about getting the most from it.

    thanks happy, i think it has the latest. used it for the first time yesterday on a short run and uploaded the details lastnight. bloody hell theres so much info. it does everything for you except lift your feet for you on the run.

    After much heart ache I would recommend against WKO 3.0 for use by anyone with a Garmin 310xt. It does not have any real support for the Garmin 310xt. The data is junk, the graphs and analysis worse.

    Disappointing, I had used WKO 2.2 for years with my Polar S625x (no longer supported) and my SRM PCIV (no longer supported).
