No signal on FTA

    I have been using my old sky box as a free to air reciever
    for a couple of years with no problem. A day or two before christmas
    I got a no signal message on screen and the box has not worked since.

    I tried to a software upgrade but this didnt help.I replaced the box with my current
    sky box and that worked fine. Any ideas? or has the old box (panasonic) gone to meet its maker.

    the dish is pointing in wrong direction need to realign it

    thanks for the reply ducky, but how come my sky box works off the same dish?
