Sky installer menu - Sky+ HD Box

What are the steps to get to the installer menu on a sky+ HD box, I know it used to be services 401 but that doesn't work with the HD box. Also on the sky+ HD the blue button is last/favourites, is there a method for settings this button to be favourites only ?
