    Think we're overdue a racism related thread in AH :pac:

    "I'm not racist but..."

    There seems to be a somewhat prevailing feeling that whenever someone utters this phrase it means more than likely they are going to make a racist comment. I respectfully disagree.

    I think the phrase has entered people's lexicon because of the quick racist charge to a comment someone has made that seems to becoming more common in recent years. People are so in fear of being labelled a deplorable racist from saying anything remotely negative about immigration and the likes that they feel they have to defend themselves in advance.

    Am i wrong?
