Cable TV - problems in Athlone?

Hi, anybody else getting no signal on their chorus or other cable TV in the Athlone area? Went at about half 2 this morning and hasn't come back as yet. Only thing I can think of is there was ice on the wires and they failed and there's been nobody to do repairs cos it's xmas day.
