I would have thought that a blast from Redneck would have been sufficient for that !!!

I think I'm metal-immune at this stage... this chocolate coma isn't going to go away any time soon. Assuming it doesn't freeze too much here overnight, I'll go for a long one tomorrow after I hit the Arnotts sale.

Fab 11 miles across the hills, to give the kids a chance to break their toys. :)

5 miles on very icy roads, thought my lungs might collapse or something due to the cold

I managed to skate around 3 Goal miles today and did about 4 miles in all. Nearly went flying several times! Slowest ever though. Track was absolutely lethal in two spots in particular.

    That's 26 consecutive Goal miles! :D:D:D Roll on 2010!

Strictly a family day for me. No nothing except for, Santa, turkey, pud and a few tipples. Had a very enjoyable 30 mins early this morning though.

My Christmas Day run was in the top 5 runs of all time for me. Crunching through snow covered trails in Donegal for 45 minutes. Wish I had brought my camera.

Running on Christmas Day is never an option for me. 364 other days to run. Did a nice 7.3 miles this afternoon though, before the ice comes back!
