*Ipod not recognised*

    Hi long time problem, however today when i got a new ipod i thought it would be back working again, however the message ''usb device not recognised' still appears meaning that the USB cable was not the problem or Ipod but an internal problem.

    Has anyone had this problem and got a fix? Please help me.

    Have you tried updating iTunes?

    if updating itunes doesnt solve the problem, try completely uninstalling it. then install the updated one
