Hi everyone,

just as the title says, happy Christmas to you all, thanks, genuinely for everything during '09, you know who you are - amadeus, menoscemo, the rest of the sub430's, woddle, krusty, mf, rigal, xebec, asimonov, and everyone else thanks.

I've fallen off the wagon, taken up smoking again etc. but I hope to be back better than ever in 2010, and I'll see you at the various race meets.

Mostly, happy bloody Christmas to you all, I've just finished putting together a rocking zebra for jr, can't wait to see his face, thanks again.

What a beautiful Christmas morning, it's picture postcard outside, there are actual icicles trailing from the shed roof, the grass is completely white save for some dog prints. Lovely morning for a run but there is a feast to be prepared, cooked and eaten.

11st12 this morning, I will see and raise 12stone in the next 24 hours!

I asked Santa for one thing, ONE THING and he didn't deliver.

All I wanted was some runnable terrain on Christmas morning and I woke up to see it's worse than it was yesterday.

Merry Christmas folks for someone suffering severe adrenaline withdrawal.

Edit: on the bright side my lack of running will keep me away from the junk food.

+1 i've been bold too! (beer and ciggies..) but roll on 2010.

You're in Tallaght aren't you? Really bad in Ballyfermot even after the rain. Hope the gym is open tomorrow, I'm just going to have to go for an hour or so on the treadmill, maybe some time on the spin bike and a swim.
