How much will Rented make this year ? I'm hoping there will be a bit of ground coming up for letting. There's a good lot of Rushes in it and cattle have been out wintered for a number of years on it. There's about 35 acres in it with no buildings. But if tidyed not a bad bit of ground.. Would appreciate your help!!!!!!!!

Rushes would indicate impeded drainage. At very best you're looking at doing drainage works, topping of reeds/rushes, possibly some reseeding.

How much? How long is a piece of string? Where is the land? Different parts of the country have different going rates. If you intend to run cattle on it- its probably not worth a lot- but once again, depends on where it is. The lack of any buildings whatsoever is an issue?
