As they've had before. - All the discounts are taken off the first price.

Very drinkable Cava Prestige €13.49 / bottle.
But 6 and you end up paying €6.30 / bottle

Here's how it happens

€13.49 / bottle
2 bottles for €18

10% discount for budget reductions
10% discount for purchase of 6.

The error lies in the way the discount is applied.

budget discout is €1.35 / bottle (10% of 13.49)
buy 6 discount is also €1.35 / bottle

Then they also take off €4.49 /bottle - this being the discount on the buy 2 for €18.

So normal price = €80.94 (6 x 13.49)

Actual price = €37.80

Woohoo!!! I saw this deal in M&S IFSC on 23rd and I got the OH to go to Liffey Valley that night to get some because it really did seem too good to be true.

We got 48 boxes for our wedding at €6.30 per bottle. We got the medium dry and it's delicious.

Just realised my post said 48 boxes. I meant 48 bottles :P

The OH got a lot of comments in M&S Liffey Valley for buying 48 bottles so can only imagine what people would've said if they saw 48 boxes!

Totally yummy cava though and we're delighted to get such a great bargain.
