Insomnia

Anyone have any tips regarding insomnia?

Or any thoughts about it in general.

Can't really remember a time before I had insomnia I've suffered from it for so long, I usually just sit up for a few hours messing about now before I try to sleep as it's either this or just lying awake in bed for hours doing nothing and being extremely unproductive (not that this is productive).

    So.....insomnia....

Get off the computer for one, the light off the screen keeps you awake. Same as checking your phone etc. Hot milk also has chemicals in it that can help sleep so get that into ya.

Do you drink or eat anything which contains caffeine?

    Coffee/tea/chocolate/cola?

If so, stop consuming those items. Many people are sensitive to caffeine and suffer from insomnia as a consequence.

I think I'll save that one for when I want to blow my brains out.

Had to stop it after 10 seconds...couldn't take any more.

Drink usually solves this, so I'm told.

For me, sleep is no prob.

I usually steer clear of caffeine.

I would think that I am quite sensitive to it but I only drink tea every once in a while and rarely drink coffee or coke.
