Speed upgrade with these stats?

I am on eircom dsl 1mb connection at the moment and wondering if i will be able to upgrade to 3mb with these stats: Speed: 1024 kbps /128 kbps Line Attenuation (Down/Up): 59 dB /31 dB DSL Noise Margin: 20 dB /18 dB Thanks.

I am on eircom dsl 1mb connection at the moment
and wondering if i will be able to upgrade to 3mb with these stats:

Speed: 1024 kbps /128 kbps
Line Attenuation (Down/Up): 59 dB /31 dB
DSL Noise Margin: 20 dB /18 dB

You'll reach a max sync of about 2.7 megs as your line is too long. The noise margin is good, so noise and disconnects shouldn't be a major issue.
