    Hi,

Can anyone recommend a cheap and cheerful GPS logger (one with a built in stopwatch would be ideal).

    Cheers,
    Paul

Garmin Forerunner 305 - should be able to pick one up on eBay for around €120.

Runkeeper if you have an iPhone is excellent, I think it cost me 6 or 7.99 for the Pro version. There is also a free version.

thanks for that. looks very good. I see there is also a 405 out now, anyone aware of the differences and if it's worth the extra investment?

The 405 is smaller (looks more like a wrist watch) but I found it more fiddley than the 305. I'd go for the 305 if you don't mind the extra size.
Apart from the size - no functional difference.
