Could anybody recommend a swimming club preferably Dublin South/Dublin West for a 8 yrs old?

I got a list of clubs from swim ireland website, but few pointers from posters would put me on the right track...

    Thanks in advance.

List of clubs is available from here. If you are looking for competitive training for kids get ready for some early pre school starts.

Templeogue or Tallaght would be near you. Where exactly are you?

If the kid is only 8 they wouldn't be doing the early starts for a while yet. Though the Winter mornings really test your committment:(

I am based in Lucan, so Tallaght is good

I know that there is a specific session in Clondalkin in Fridays at 20:45 but that's too late as his younger brother is in bed by that time....plus i fell he would be too tired at end of school week to get full benefit of structured training.

So I am really looking for training sessions that take place on none school days, e.g Sat or Sunday.
