Anyone know how to get Irish Channels on Sky

    Got Sky+ installed today but never got the irish channels, including 3e. I hear that when you have a phone line connected that its pretty easy to rectify. So I've my phone line connected, and its connected according to the system check, and ive gotten into the installers menu, but ive been tol not to touch anything if i dont understand it. So can anyone walk me through getting the channels? Cheers

    Phone sky and ask them to send a clearance signal for your irish channels
    your installer should have done that today

    I hear thats the non phone line method tho. Dont really have the time to call sky at the mo. Working a LOT coming up to christmas

    If your installer done a call back through your phone today and you dont have the irish channels then you will have to phone sky for a clearance signal to receive the irish channels. or else wait 24hours to see will they appear.

    Did the engineer do the call back through the phone line when he did the install? ( You never actually said )

    Go to Services
    System set up
    0 1 select
    New installation
    and select all the way after that.
    It will do a channel line up and call back.

    If that fails pm me your details
    Name, Address and land line number.
    Card, version and serial number ( to find them go to services, system set up and system details )

    I have to call in several manual activations for the lads today and two in the morning. One more won't make a difference.
