Setanta Sports take a look back on the year that was in Irish Rugby. Panel of Matt Williams, Neil Francis & Donal Lenihan.

    Setanta Ireland 4pm Today
    Setanta 1 6pm Today

These will be repeated at various times over the coming days I'm sure.

Ten bucks says that 90% of Neil Francis's droll is taken directly from this forum(again)

I was looking at the setanta schedules for details of this, & noticed they are showing a lot of old ML games over this week, as well as Schools Cup finals 2009.

Franno quote any of us? :pac:

In fairness, he's a guy who at times can be a fantastic analyst.

Seriously? Examples being what exactly and don't give a example where Franno just joined a band wagon to be right for once in his life.

It was great watching Daire and Donal pointing out how many times Francis was wrong through-out the year.

Daire O'Brien saying this exact sentence

"My head is a drill bit"

Is the only part of the whole thing that was somewhat good.

I didn't say is, I said had the ability to be. :pac:

His column used to be ok. And he knows a lot about rugby. He's a lazy jouranlist though.

Wouldn't really have much time for any of those analysts. (Never seen Williams, as i dont have setanta this season)

Francis is awfully annoying and Lenihan is similar

What would they do only for repeats and the ML, they are really a poor service provider.

Would like to have seen Toland on the panel, along with Lenihan and Fitzy they seems to be the only panelists that know what they are talking about, though to be fair Matt Williams can gice a good insight to the ML teams.
