Go to the far right option on the psp menu,and create a new account, then go to the playstation store and buy the game, you can also do it from the pc with the "media go" software.

If you are giving this as a gift anyone make sure you download a game now, Fifa 2010 is 1200MB and takes a feckin age to download.

True, thats why I use my pc's wired broadband connection with media go rather than the psp wireless connection to download stuff.
