    Be more specific! Do you mean it no longer controls your TV? Or does it not control the Skybox any more?

    Plug out the Sky box and leave the batteries out of the remote for 15mins, plug box back in and put batteries back in remote, press the 'Sky' button followed by any button to test it, if the red light is coming on the remote and not the sky box (move close if you have to) then you have a problem. See can you borrow a remote or bring yours to a friends house to test.

    I think you're supposed to replace the batteries within 10 minutes of taking out the old ones, otherwise you need to pair the remote to your TV and SkyBox again. Not sure exactly how its done but might be in the sky manual if you still have it or try googling it;

    Maybe wrong here but AFAIK you only need to pair remote to TV re-entering code for TV as Sky remote will operate the Sky box automatically.
