Hi, it depends on what you mean by all weather running gear. A standard long sleeve base layer top (with a hi-viz bib) worn with shorts or running tights is good for winter running. You can get running jackets but unless they are breathable they get too hot for any kind of distance, and breathable ones are expensive. Neither the base layer tops or shorts / tights cost much, and if you are unsure of what you want you might
be best going to your local specialist running shop.
