Fish Oil and Olive Oil...

How do I go about adding these to my diet? I'm trying to gain weight, weigh 85kg now, wanna get up to at least 90 kg over the next 8 weeks. I usually stop eating carbs for my last two meals of the day, so I want to start taking some oils with the protein at night. I just don't know how much do take. Would two tablespoons of olive oil, twice a day be ok? that's an extra 400 calories which sounds good. I also eat nuts and whole eggs around this time. Is it bad to go overboard on the good fats? I'm clueless when it comes to them.
Can anyone recommend a fish oil brand? Id prefer the capsules cos I'm sure drinking it tastes horrible.

I was taking spoonfuls of oil for a while, I used hazelnut and walnut oil as well as olive oil. Hazelnut oil and olive oil have a strong but bearable taste, walnut oil has a fairly pleasant taste and is high in Omega 3. But apparently the Omega 3 in walnut is not as beneficial as that in fish.

Drinking fish oils though? Eh, no thanks :)

Would you try eating fish? Maybe pan fry it in olive oil, some herbs, spices, maybe some lemon juice... I have recently got in to fish in a big way. I am eating about 90% neolithic now except for some dairy.

Sometimes the traditional ways are the best ways.

Same thing I think. And it works, never felt stronger or healthier.

Basically, no processed, grain based farm food.

(sorry for all the edits d'Oricle!!) Here is my latest dish, wild, organic and natural!!

I'm telling you... Game, fish, fowl, nuts, berries, veg, oils, herbs, eggs... unbelievable. I thought it was going to be a pretty boring way of eating. I couldn't have been more wrong, mix them all together with some clever recipes and rubs, brilliant. I am pushing the boundaries lately, getting my own mussels. Going to snorkel for food this summer.

Yeah, it's incredibly satisfying (not to mention free!!). We went picking and made a shed load of blackberry jam there back in October. Lovin' it.
