    Hi all,

Got a b*tch of a virus on my laptop.

It comes up as advertising a "Security tool". Its trying to get me to buy it cause it reckons that my credit card details are under threat.

Now, every time I reboot the pc it comes up. The screen is blue without any icons. The renewal/ purchase information keeps coming up. I have tried to remove it but it won't allow me because its in use apparently.

I have tried to format the c: drive but I cannot do that either as the program is still running and it won't allow me to continue.

I think my wife got the virus from facebook. I don't have any virus scanner on that pc.

Has anyone come across this virus and have anyone found a way of getting rid of it?

    Cheers,
    Ted.
