How to open a Saab 9-5?

I need help, we took the battery out of a 2001 saab 9-5 then we locked the doors. Now we cant open the car because the central looking is not working and the key wont work!:eek:

How am i supposed to get it open again? or even if i could just get the hood open.

How? The car is all locked up. We need to open the car to pop the hood before we can put the battery back in.

Can u open the boot?? I think the release for the rear seats is in there... if not then I'm thinking of a volvo

If you locked the car with the battery out, then there is no reason why you cant unlock it the same way. Did you remove the plastic cover over the drivers lock and turn the key enough in one of the directions?

Maybe its time to try the old "coat hanger trick"
Used by car thieves for years, hopefully grab the handle
and open the car, be prepared for funny looks oh and
might have to mention that your not stealing the car to any
concerned citizens.
