    Seems the the great Dan O'Bannon has passed away. He wrote Alien and a number of other respected genre films ass well as directing the classic Return of the Living Dead.

    i definetly recall someone with "o bannon" doing stuff in the 80s twilight zone remake but i think that was the bloke that did farscape.

    That would be Rockne S O'Bannon, he also created Alien Nation.

    Was only watching Dark Star last week.

    I would say that O'Bannon has probably had a great effect on my life.
