    Hello,
Can people give me their views on what is a good fuel tank to buy for tractor diesel?

I've read threads on other forums about some of the plastic ones splitting after a few years.

Or where is a good place to purchase online or even in your area?

    Thanks!

Thanks for that bog_savage. Have you got one of these types yourself?
Do you find buying diesel in bulk saves money?
We usually drive too our local filling station but were thinking of getting our own tank for handiness and it would be cheaper I think!

Have a 1300l plastic one similar to the one in the first link .
Got it from my local oil supplier , saving about 3 - 5c per liter ,
    Last fill just before budget was 1.03 per l v 1.07 @ pump .
Worth having if you use a good drop in the year

We have 2 made by Ar-Met Plastics in Co Down, must 15 + years at this stage and no problem. we have another one since 1997 again no problem can't remember the name will check to morrow but think the sticker may be gone off it.

JFC make a good tank or Titan, the older Carbery tanks used to crack after a few years, but I think they have that sorted out now.
