    whats the alternative, and anyone know cost for top set. thanks

    also does anyone know why some dentures look really crap, and i have friends with dentures that look very like real teeth .is it down to who makes them for you .does anyone know any good ones in louth/ meath/ dundalk areas

    Like everything in dentistry it about who does the treament (dentist and lab technician) not the treatment item that matters. Good looking dentures take time and are more costly that quick cheap ones. Dentures can look very realistic if done correctly. There is a specialist prosthetic dentist I know up these that I can reccomend to you if you PM me.
