A Brazilian toddler has up to 50 sewing needles inside him, which doctors suspect were deliberately inserted.

Why the hell couldn't his mother have used a pin cushion like anyone else.

The poor child it says no signs of wounds on his body so he could have had them in him a long time for the wounds to heal before being brought to the hospital...... this was deliberate
a 2 year old child doesn't keep swallowing needle after needle
