Call forwarding active?

    changed providers there a while back and getting this everytime i make a call.

    done a bit of googling and it seems like it diverts calls to voicemail if i'm using iPhone. This is a pain as i'm constantly using safari/tweetie/etc. and thus receive no phone calls.

    how do i turn this off? searching online only seems to find answers that say to do this.

    settings >> phone >> call forwarding

    but the toggle is off, even if i turn it on there is no number specified not even voicemail number.

    Call your provider get them to deactivate call divert. I doubt though if you're missing calls because your surfing unless there is a weird divert set up in your account!

    yeah call the provider coz when i called o2, there was an automated option to turn off voicemail before i got the option to speak to a cust rep
