    hello,

    just wondering has anyone ordered from online pharmacies and had sucess, not got their package taken off them by customs etc

    i've done a bit of research and found out that it is not illegal to order from an online pharmacy, but it is ilegal for the pharmacy to send you the meds, therefore customs take it off you etc.

    was thinking about ordering from inhouse pahrmacy,
    just wondering has anyone else

    thanks

    If you do not have a license to import prescription medication then you will be procescuted for arranging to bring them into the country by having them shipped to you.
    The supply of prescription only medicinal products through the internet is a breach of medicinal product legislation pursuant to the Irish Medicines Board Act 1995-2006 and its Regulations. The Medicinal Products (Prescription and Control of Supply) Regulations, 2003, as amended, prohibits the mail order of a prescription only medicinal product. Supply through the Internet is considered to be a mail order supply.

    We unfortunately do sometimes find ourselves with a problem regarding some issues and no amount of warnings or requests to keep things civil in relation to certain issues have worked, so we simply don’t allow discussion or posting pictures of these things. The list below is by no means set in stone, we can add things to this as time goes by, so it may be no harm to check up on it every few months to see if it’s changed.

    * Pictures or links to pictures of Porn
    * Pictures or links to pictures showing nipples and/or genitalia
    * Child abuse/under age/jailbait/Lolita stuff
    * How to do illegal things (this ranges from software piracy, to swindling the Revenue Commissioners)
    * Pictures or links to pictures of self harming
    * Pro anorexia pictures and websites
    * Trepanning websites
    * Bestiality
    * Ordering medications online.
