    Or even top 6?

Does anyone know a highstreet bookmaker thats giving these odds?

Want to throw a tenner on it and give the slip to a liverpool fan for xmas.

PaddyPower have them at 1/10 to win no trophys. I know it's not what you're looking for but would it do?

To Finish INSIDE the top 4 is 5/4 with: Bet365, Bluesq, Paddy Power, Skybet and Sportingbet.

This means that you would get 4/7 on them finishing OUTSIDE the Top 4 with any of these companies(maybe 8/13 with Bet 365).

I can find nobody quoting Top 6 except the exchanges. You can lay Liverpool at 1.29 to finish in the Top 6 which is the same as backing them to finsih 7th or worse. This option is no good to you as a present though.

Alternately, e-mail any company in the industry and they will quote you a price on any Liverpool finishing positions you can imagine.

Victor Chandler have them at 8/11 according to the Racing Post on Monday.

FYI; I'd back them to finish inside the top 4. City, Spurs and Villa are too brittle imo and Liverpool will put a run together and get 4th easily enough.

Went for Liverpool to not win a trophy this season at 1/10 - the slip might as well be legal tender ...

    Should do the trick ...

    Thanks

Will also make a push for FA Cup. Rafa will not mess about in either the cups this season

Shocking price you can probably lay them at 7/1 to win the Europa cup and at 7/1 to win the fa cup which has combined odds of 7/2 and you laid 10/1 on Liverpool winning something I'd say the bookies love to see you come in the door

5/4 on Pool inside top 4 to be is decent value

    Of course you can

so this is what your saying:

    liv 7/1 europa league
    liv 7/1 fa cup

    1 euro double returns 50??

yeah u try that and see what the bookies say 2 u, they wont take it because their related events. think about it, if liverpool win the europa league or are performing well this increases their chances of winning the fa cup(much like backing a team to win world cup and their main striker to be top scorer)
they'll offer u shorter odds though

    u mite get 16/1 max

i know ur saying laying them instead of winning but the same principle applies..

    so to summarise:

if u think liverpool are 7/2 to not win europa league and not win FA cup, ur wrong
otherwise we'd all be fillin our boots on dat!

I think you're confusing laying and backing.

Kingshankly is saying they're 2/7 (not 7/2) to not win both trophies (ie win nothing this year). The other poster took 1/10 so obv wasn't great value.

Imo you're also overestimating how related these events are, any bookie would still be happy to lay at least 33/1 about the double.

i know he saying he wants to lay them, its just hes trying to double them and i dont think you can do that, however as you pointed out the bookies probabaly would take it anyways. the events however are related so that may be an issue.

    Also a problem with the maths if he's not doubling it;

    say 50 euro at 1/7 (cup 1)
and another 50 euro at 1/7 (cup 2)
    = 100 euro at 1/7 (not 2/7)

i dunno anyways it hardly matters, yer man took the 1/10 on offer, 2 be honest id have taken 1/100 if i had d funds 2 back it cos its a certain bet!
