    Hey lads,

Is there anywhere in town anyone knows of where you can rent old movies, ala The Shining…Close Encounters…..even Lord of the Rings…..
Xtravision seem to have a very short shelf life and if you want to get these movies you have to buy them in HMV, that’s if they even have them….
And I ripped up the CC so not using that online..!!
    So, anyone any ideas?

    Thanks lads

    Liam

(on a side note, is golden discs gone from Limerick?)

There is a place called Movie Drome up on Henry Street which may stock older movies. It is on the opposite side of the Corner Flag pub.

Renting is a complete waste of money, most of the movies you want can be picked up for a fiver, thats about as much as it would cost to rent them, pay a few quid and watch something once or pay a couple of quid more and keep it forever? no constest really, i havent rented a movie in years, you could always join screenclick or lovefilm if you wanted to have stuff posted to you, send it back whenever
