You already have a great detoxer. It's called your liver. Honestly, you don't need any special detox diets or potions. Just stick to fruit and veg and simple food, drink lots of water, go to bed on time, cut out sugar, alcohol, caffeine and processed food for a few days, and you'll feel fine.

Yup Eileens right, a good easy one is to just eat fruit and veg for a few days and lots of water. Have a fruit salad with nuts/seeds for brekkie, veg soup or stew for lunch and a salad or roast veg for dinner. You can chuck in a tin of beans or a few lentils if it's not filling enough. Lots of uisce and you'll feel great after a few days. Water with a squeeze of lemon a few times a day helps things along too.
