Does it not say alot about the testing procedure..that the same person pass 1 time out of 2 (or fail 2 times out of 3). I iknow I will be nervous for my test and knowing that a person who has their licence (and sat 50 tests!) still fails this many (even if it is uk!) doesnt put me at ease

It's no worse than my sis's ex arranging to pass his test for a few hundred quid. He had failed 11 times and was getting pretty desperate. But do you really want someone who's failed 11 times on our roads at all?
