Samsung R519 - CD/DVD Drive has stopped working

    The title pretty much says it all. I bought this laptop back in July. In the last couple of days I have noticed that neither cds or dvds are recognised when I insert them into the drive. The computer indicates that the driver is working correctly, and is fully up to date in terms of updates.

    Has anyone got any solution, or also experienced this problem?
