Wrestling Rings

Does anybody know where i could buy a new or secondhand wrestling ring in Ireland or England, i would prefer to buy from Ireland due to shipping costs. I have tried wrestling rings uk but they seem to not reply, i heard they are not in business anymore.

What i am looking for is, if a promoter has a spare ring or is selling due to closure, i would even consider buying a ring base. I want the ring for the new year for some Irish shows.

It would be worth to note, that i am not interested in hiring out a ring.

    Any help please ?

Did you try Googling for one in Ireland?? Also, try Looking in adverts.ie as well.

    Hi Dare To Defy,

I tried all that, Brian Dixon of All Star Wresting in Liverpool was selling a second hand ring for £2500 awhile back but it was a bit expensive for the condition i was told it was in, although i didnt see the ring myself

He doesn't want a bouncing castle he wants a legit wrestling ring.

OP have you tried searching for boxing rings?

    Classic response Diabhal Beag, +1:):)

I'd go with Waltersobchak's site but the prices are sky-high

    Hi All,

Thanks for suggestions, I dont think a boxing ring would be suitable, i have ordered a 16ft ring and a cage, however i am still looking for another spare secondhand ring for training purposes in the future, and i am in talks with a member Re: buying one. From April 2010 i will be hiring out the 16ft ring and cage to promoters for shows in Ireland

Must have a time machine too so. :pac:

2,500 isnt that bad a price for a ring to be fair.
The most amount of work that your going to need to do is change all the cosmetics like aprons and canvases etc.

Been meaning to start a thread like this a while back too. :)

Are you planning on putting on your own shows PWR?
