Can't get sky? Are you down in a hole or something?

You obviously have the internet, you should try getting all your tv off the internet.

You have internet, you're no longer a slave to scheduled programming, watch what you want, when you want via various media players the tv stations have on their sites and other methods, all the cool kids are doing it, dont pay your tv licence either

It's really frustrating that the BBC iPlayer doesn't work... what good programs does RTE have!!? None...

It seems that all the UK stations, which is all most of us would watch, will only stream their shows within the UK... :(

4OD works here, does it not?

It would be great to get BBC here but you can find allot of their stuff on the internet, especially the documentary's.

RTE has all of season 1 and 2 of Mad Men on the site now, I thought it was a bit strange they'd put the whole two seasons up. I haven't watched the series.

I didn't know what 4OD was, so I looked it up, and yes! It is available to us! That's great, thanks for the heads up.

Now to look for a Boxee application for it...

We live in Drumconrath in Co Meath. We have a wood behind us! The trees make it impossible. And we dont' have internet yet as Broadband is still questionable. We eventually got Eircom out to us in 2 weeks!! Can you get special engineers who can sort us out??

If you can put up an aerial for 4 TV Land and rent box sets.

Your better of renting/buying box sets these days rather than paying for cable or Sat TBH.

Not an ad but here is a suggestion if your not near an xtravision - Screenclick

Yes I believe you can. Look up "lumberjacks" in the Yellow pages.
