What stretches are the best to perform after the following excercises?

    Deadlift
    Squat
    Barbell row
    Bench
    Shoulder press

    Erm, most of them?
Those exercises use a lot of muscles.

Yoga stretches like downward dog after deadlift.
You want to stretch hams and the whole back.

Squat: you pretty much want to stretch everything.

Row, all the lower and upper back, I assume.
Bench, Chest stretch Try standing in a door way placing your arms in an open fly sort of position on the door frame and pushing your chest through.

Shoulder press, the back, abs, shoulders. Upward dog, cat stretch. Transform posted a good vid on shoulder stretching a while back.

Might be useful to hand out of a pullup par for a min or so to decompress the back. I'm not sure if it actually works, but it feels good and gets a stretch.
