Does anyone else get freaked out by fish. They scare me with the way they move and the eyes on the sides of their heads. I didn't have a bad childhood experience or anything, one day it just came.

Hate the things - can't even cope with the idea of a can of tuna in the house!
    Fish are evil!
Subtle hint : we can't survive where they live, they can't survive where we live..... maybe we should just stay the hell away from them!!!

im terrified of them altho its more of them touching me if i am in water etc. i can look at them fine! i reckon its from back in the day when my grandad chased me and my sister with a catfish in bray swinging it above his head :(

I suffer from this. I feel I've got better with age but I'm still scared of them. The way they move makes me very unsettled. In terms of fish I see a lot I struggle with koi carp especially, the way they open and close their mouth. I think I would really struggle to hold a fish if asked. I also agree with the can of tuna comment. Whenever someone opens a can of tuna, I find the stench of it really unbearable.

I think it's the way they lunge forwards when you see them in a tank. Big ones are worse cause you can make out each scale.
I used to go into aquariums for a kind of house-of-horrors thrill but then I got a massive panic attack in one and that was the end of that. :D
