    Lens - Canon 300mm f/2.8

    Settings - ISO 640-800, f/2.8 and probably 1/640-1/1000 (depending on light).

    Ouch. I was wondering why he wasn't on the podium. He ran a tough race.

    Normally, I'd shoot manual. But, failing that, I'd shoot Tv (shutter priority) to get a fast enough shutter speed to freeze the action.
