Where can I get my nails done cheaply in Dublin?

    Does anyone know where I can go to get just simple French polish (own nails) for a reasonable price in Dublin? I have just moved home from London and am working on Grafton Street. In London I pay £8 for a French polish and in Brown Thomas' they wanted 27 euro!!!!!! Crazy....please tell me someone has had the sense to set up a competitive nail bar somewhere in town! Many thanks.

    you could go to one of the colleges???im in dun laoghaire training to be a nail technician and we do an open salon but it would be hard to get to for ya but the beauty colleges in town would do it and its generally free.

    well I am actually living in Sandycove next to Dun Laoghaire. Do you think any of the students would do it in their spare time for a bit of extra cash??

    Urbana on Wicklow Street do a file and french polish for €19 or Blow on Leeson Street/Baggot Street do a file and polish for €20

    The €27 in BT's would be for a file and polish ... just ask for the polish and it's usually about €10 for regular polish and €15 for French Polish
