hi i was told yesterday by moderator that my ban from bands & musicians is over today at 5pm i still can't log in can you lift that ban? i can browse threads but can't log in & reply to them thx

What I actually told you was that your ban would expire at around 5pm, give or take an hour. The way the system is set up it can take an hour or two to lift bans automatically so please be patient.
