    Neil Delahaye won it.

    He got away in a break about half way through the second lap I think.

    Haha, not a lot of chance for us lot then!

    Were you racing yourself Aidan? How did it go? I was sick a few weeks ago and until today felt very bad on the bike, didn't feel it would be a good idea.

    I was out alright. It was a bit of craic - really looking forward to the start of the season now.

    Wasn't expecting much today. Didn't have the legs to even think about attacking but got around with the bunch. WRECKED now though... have been semi-conscious on the couch watching tv since I got home. First bit of intensity for me since the middle of the summer.

    Heard you were sick alright - you'll have to make up for it by going up the road from the gun in the orwell race next sunday - in a santa suit.
